We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part Time Wireless Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage directly with customers, understand their wireless needs, and deliver exceptional service to drive sales. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, an effective communicator, and passionate about retail and technology. Your goal will be to ensure every customer has a positive, seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wireless products and services that best meet their needs Accurately process transactions using basic math and proper cash-handling procedures Maintain proper stock levels and keep merchandise organized and presentable on the sales floor Assist with inventory management, restocking, and tracking product availability Provide support and guidance to junior team members when needed Communicate effectively with both customers and team members, including professional phone etiquette Use retail math to analyze sales trends and help meet or exceed sales goals Foster a welcoming, solution-oriented environment that promotes customer loyalty and repeat business

Qualifications:

Previous experience in wireless retail or general sales is preferred Strong math skills for handling transactions and inventory Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is a plus Leadership or supervisory experience is a bonus, but not required Strong customer service orientation with the ability to confidently recommend products and close sales Flexibility to work all shifts s as needed Why Join Us?
