Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes Managing booking appointments and handling customer inquiries over the phone and in-person Educating guests on services, products, and promotions Maintaining a clean and organized reception area Handling transactions accurately and efficiently Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting fellow associates
