Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their photo experience Assist customers in locating products and answer questions about features and benefits Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new or popular items effectively Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory counts Follow proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support supervising staff in overseeing daily store operations when needed Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail settings preferred Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate features and benefits Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members professionally Knowledge of retail math for accurate sales calculations and inventory management Experience with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining organized displays in a grocery or retail environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional remote communication This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career while delivering outstanding service.
