Sales & Finance Assistant at Yep Cars Yep Cars in Dothan is looking for a dependable, sharp, and motivated person to join our team. This is not just a basic sales position. We are looking for someone who can start by helping with customers, phones, applications, and daily sales flow, but who also has the ability and desire to grow into a larger role in the dealership.

Job duties include:

Answering phones and greeting customers Showing vehicles and helping customers with basic questions Helping customers start credit applications Gathering information for financing Following up with leads by phone, text, and Messenger Entering customer notes and information into our computer system Helping keep deals, keys, vehicles, and customer flow organized Assisting with social media posts and online lead follow-up Learning the finance process, paperwork, approvals, and deal structure over time We are looking for someone who is: Very comfortable with computers and online systems Good with people and professional with customers Organized and detail-oriented Reliable, honest, and willing to learn Good with numbers and able to understand basic finance Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Interested in growing in the automotive business long-term Automotive experience is helpful, but not required. The right person must be coachable, trustworthy, and serious about learning. This position has real room to grow for someone who proves they can handle responsibility.
