This is a W2 position working inside major retail store locations and local territories, focused on promoting and selling AT&T wireless, internet, mobility, and telecommunications products and services to customers. This is an in-person, face-to-face retail sales role that involves actively engaging with customers, explaining AT&T products and promotions, assisting with service enrollments, and completing sales transactions. This is not a remote position. No prior sales experience is required. Paid training is provided covering AT&T product knowledge, customer engagement, retail sales techniques, and enrollment procedures.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Work inside retail locations engaging with walk-in customers Approach customers directly to introduce AT&T wireless, internet, and telecommunications services Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service plans clearly and professionally Assist customers with account setup, enrollments, upgrades, and sales transactions Maintain strong customer service and a positive brand image Remain on your feet throughout scheduled retail shifts Learn and apply retail sales strategies, customer acquisition techniques, and product knowledge Track daily performance metrics and achieve individual/team sales goals Attend team meetings and ongoing paid sales training sessions Travel to assigned retail store locations as needed (reliable transportation required)
Compensation & Benefits:
W2 employment (not 1099) Guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commission (700 - 1000 per week DOE) Weekly pay Paid training program Performance-based advancement opportunities Full-time schedule (40 hours/week) Flexible scheduling opportunities
Requirements:
Must be available full-time, including weekends Reliable transportation required Comfortable working on your feet during shifts Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or equivalent preferred

$49,404.93 - $59,498.41 per year
