Hoover Store - Hoover, AL (Center at Riverchase Shopping Ctr)
Position Type:
In-Person Only We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional Sales Associate to join our team at our Hoover store. As the face of our retail front, you will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, guide customers through our high-end inventory, and help them find the perfect style. If you have a passion for customer service, retail fashion and styling, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities Customer Service:
Provide an elevated, welcoming customer experience by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and assisting them with their luxury outerwear needs.
Consultative Selling:
Demonstrate deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the unique features, benefits and quality of our products to customers.
Floor Management :
Maintain a clean, luxury-standard, and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is beautifully displayed and properly tagged.
Transactions:
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
Inventory Support:
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and tracking stock.
Goal Achievement:
Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed personal and store sales goals and targets. Position Requirements Must have strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic retail environment. Previous experience in sales or retail is a strong plus. A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with team members to achieve store objectives. Must be able to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. This is an in-person position; applicants must be able to work on-site at our Hoover store.
