Known for its commitment to providing quality products and exceptional customer service, the store caters to a diverse customer base, from seasoned firearms enthusiasts to first-time buyers. Mr. Big Guns fosters a supportive and knowledgeable environment to meet the needs of its customers and promote responsible firearm ownership. Role Description This is a full-time or part time, on-site role for a Retail Firearms Sales Associate based in Huntsville, AL. The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing firearms, ammunition, and related accessories while adhering to all federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include providing product knowledge, answering inquiries, maintaining detailed and accurate sales records, and ensuring the store is organized and well-stocked. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering excellent customer service and promoting safe and responsible firearm use. Qualifications Experience in retail sales and customer service, with the ability to provide product guidance and assist customers with their purchases Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and accessories, including their safe handling, maintenance, and use Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining sales records and compliance with federal and state firearm regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide a welcoming store environment Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage inventory efficiently Background in firearm retail sales is preferred Must meet all legal requirements for employment in a firearms retail environment, including background checks
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
