  • American Landmaster What you'll do: Greet and engage customers in the showroom, by phone, and online.
Match each customer to the right cart, model, and features based on how they'll use it. Present new and pre-owned inventory, rental options, and customizations. Explain financing, NET terms, and long-term leasing for commercial clients. Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to drive sales and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain strong product knowledge across every brand we carry. What we're looking for: A motivated, goal-driven self-starter with a winning attitude. Strong communication and people skills — you build trust quickly. Sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, or retail a plus), but we'll train the right person. Reliable, professional, and coachable. Comfortable with CRM and basic computer tools. Valid driver's license.
