Job Overview Join our team as a Cashier/Sales Associate! We offer set schedules and employee discounts. This is a part time position, 4 possibly 5 days a week. We work on set scheduling and will discuss days in interview Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Support inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing products on the sales floor Use effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Engage in product knowledge sharing to educate customers about features and benefits Conduct basic retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and pricing adjustments Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer service Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and team members Strong retail sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management practices Exceptional phone etiquette for professional remote communication Basic math skills necessary for accurate transaction processing and retail calculations Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing top-tier service while developing your retail expertise!
