Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. This position requires a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the café area, including tables, counters, and equipment. Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that dining areas are tidy and well-organized. Operate cash registers accurately, processing transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing. Support grocery store operations by restocking shelves and ensuring product availability. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Familiarity with sanitation practices to maintain a clean work environment. Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of retail math concepts is advantageous for inventory management tasks. Ability to operate a cash register and POS systems effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
