Position Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional Sales Associate for our Montgomery store and corporate showroom. As the face of our retail front, you will deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, guide customers through our high-end inventory, and help them find the perfect style. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Provide an elevated, welcoming customer experience by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and building lasting client relationships.

Consultative Selling:

Demonstrate deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the unique features, benefits and care requirements of fur, leather, and other natural products.

Floor Management:

Maintain a clean, luxury-standard, and organized sales floor, ensuring all garments are beautifully displayed and properly tagged.

Transactions:

Process sales, deposits, and service requests accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.

Inventory Support:

Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking merchandise, and tracking luxury stock.

Goal Achievement:

Meet or exceed personal and team sales goals and targets. Position Requirements Previous experience in sales, retail or a custom-facing luxury environment is a strong plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively on the sales floor. A collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with managers, tech staff, and team members to achieve store objectives. Must be able to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
