We pride ourselves on product knowledge, fast service, and building strong customer relationships. We're looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Support Associate to join our team. Job Summary The Sales Support Associate provides exceptional customer service in a showroom environment specializing in kitchen, bathroom, and plumbing products. This role supports sales staff and customers with product selection, basic design guidance, and sales transactions and assists with daily showroom operations. The ideal candidate has a passion for residential/commercial improvement, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Welcome customers to the showroom and assess their kitchen or bath project needs Assist with product selection based on style, budget, and functionality Assist sales staff by preparing quotes for special orders, custom products, and project packages Assist sales staff with design consultations and follow up on quotes and orders Customer Support Answer customer questions regarding product specs, lead times, warranties, and care Process orders, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately Communicate order status and resolve issues with vendors as needed Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process Showroom & Store Operations Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom displays Assist with merchandising and sample organization Enter orders accurately into point-of-sale management systems Pick and pack orders for customer pickups Support inventory tracking and sample replenishment

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
