Sales Associate

```Duties```

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately and efficiently
• Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of wireless technology products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
