Drivers and Crew Members

Marco's Pizza is looking to hire a few crew members, Delivery Drivers and managers. We are looking to hire for a store in Spanish Fort. Training will start in our Daphne location. Crew members must be at least 16 years old. Primary responsibilities include making orders, customer service, cleaning and other tasks as assigned in store. Pay based on experience and includes tips. Delivery drivers must be at least 18 years old and have at least 2 years of driving history. Drivers must also have their own reliable vehicle with insurance. Pay is hourly plus tips and delivery fee. We are also looking for qualified managers. Ideal candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have at least 1 year of management experience in the food industry. Our managers are responsible for leading a team of employees to provide a 5 Star Guest experience. Pay is based on experience. All applicants must be available evenings and weekends. Part to full time positions are available.
