Beauty Outlet is currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team on a part-time basis.Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the store
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle basic transactions
- Help maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory
- Answer customer phone calls professionally
- Support team members with daily store operations
Qualifications:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math and cash handling ability
- Retail experience is helpful but not required
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Schedule:
- Part-time hours
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, and stock merchandise
