Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers in selecting high-demand, trending, and popular items based on their preferences and needs Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain styling options to encourage purchases Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing Support customers with online ordering through our eCommerce store, ensuring a smooth and helpful digital shopping experience Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stock organization Restock shelves regularly, ensuring products are well-presented and accessible Maintain cleanliness of the front sales area, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping as needed Work alongside the front-end manager to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Build and maintain strong relationships with frequent and returning customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication and phone etiquette Conduct product demos to educate customers about new arrivals or featured items Assist with inventory management, including stocking, organizing back stock, and participating in periodic stock counts Support team supervision by mentoring new associates and contributing to a positive team environment Schedule & Availability This is a part-time position requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week Must be available to work closing shifts, typically between 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Availability to work every Saturday or every other Saturday is required Flexibility to adjust schedule based on business needs, including occasional additional shifts during busy seasons or special events Physical Requirements Standing for long periods Lifting boxes (inventory) Brand Representation Personal presentation Aligning with brand image Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions Experience in supervising or leading small teams demonstrates leadership potential Knowledge of merchandising techniques and product presentation enhances store appeal Excellent communication skills foster positive customer interactions and teamwork Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your enthusiasm fuels success!
