Job Description

Retail Associate + Social Media Support Bentonville, AR 72712 From $15 an hour - Part-time From $15 an hour - Part-time We're looking for someone who loves people, beautiful spaces, and knows their way around social media beyond just posting a selfie. This role blends day-to-day retail responsibilities with hands-on support in creating and capturing content that reflects the heart of our stores.
What You'll Do:
Provide a warm, welcoming, and attentive in-store experience for every guest Assist with sales, merchandising, and keeping the shop floor styled and organized Capture photo and video content in-store (products, displays, behind-the-scenes moments) Assist with Instagram content creation (Reels, Stories, posts) Help maintain brand consistency and aesthetic across content Stay engaged and proactive during slower traffic periods
What We're Looking For:
Retail or customer service experience Proven social media experience (please include examples or portfolio) Strong eye for styling, detail, and visual storytelling Comfortable taking initiative and working independently Positive, team-oriented attitude Availability for weekends and closing shifts (non-negotiable)
Bonus If You:
Have experience with content planning or scheduling Are familiar with Instagram trends, Reels, and basic editing Love home, antiques, and thoughtfully curated spaces
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and work on concrete/tile floors for 4-6 hour shifts Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed How to
