Retail Sales Associate

DeBoard Electronics is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Associate. This role involves assisting customers with their home and car audio/video needs while delivering excellent service and knowledgeable product guidance.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and assisting customers Providing up-to-date product information Upselling merchandise and services Stocking and maintaining a clean sales floor Processing payments and handling transactions Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls and assisting inquiries

Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Must be available some Saturdays (if needed)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving record Sales experience is preferred (not required). Must be willing to learn Experience in home audio/video and/or car audio/video preferred (not required) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and Reliable Must be able to pass a drug test The ability to lift up to 75lbs (if needed) The ability to climb a ladder (if needed)
