Jewelry experience is strongly preferred but not required for the right sales professional with a strong background in relationship-based sales. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through meaningful jewelry purchases with confidence, expertise, and care Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, trust, and exceptional service Maintain strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry collections Present merchandise with pride while supporting an elegant showroom environment Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and results-driven sales culture Qualifications 2+ years of jewelry, luxury retail, or relationship-based sales experience preferred Proven success in commission-driven or client-focused sales environments Professional presence with strong communication skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Passion for helping clients celebrate life's most important moments Work Environment Murphy-Pitard Jewelers is a professional, relationship-driven business.
