Job Description

Your role will be to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, analyze sales strategies and implement them, communicate effectively with customers, and have a base understanding of the day to day tasks and maintenance of the store. You will be expected to be involved in unloading inventory such as furniture and mattresses. Lifting of at least 75Lbs is required.
Pay:
Starting pay is $15 per hour during the training period. Once training is successfully completed, you will transition to a commission structure. The training timeline varies based on prior experience and performance. On average, commission earnings range from $1,000 to $4000 per month , depending on individual results and sales performance.
