The AT&T Sales Associate will be providing customers with expert guidance on AT&T's cell phone portfolio and corresponding service plans, ensuring informed and confident purchasing decisions. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you function as a technical advisor for residential smartphone selection. The AT&T Sales Associate articulates how each cell phone leverages AT&T's 5G network, clarifies differences in display technology and processing power, and ensures activations are executed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate Act as the primary contact for AT&T customers, handling inquiries specifically about cell phones and service plans. Guide customers through AT&T cell phone selection, plan adjustments, and service upgrades with clear product knowledge. Process cell phone activations, upgrades, and account modifications with precision, ensuring data accuracy, billing compliance, and secure documentation. Provide technical account support for AT&T cell phones, resolving setup, connectivity, and service concerns while escalating advanced cases when necessary. Educate customers on AT&T cell phone promotions, service agreements, and smartphone features to simplify decision‑making and improve adoption. Collaborate with AT&T Sales Associates to align customer support efforts with AT&T cell phone product launches, retention strategies, and campaign goals. Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology preferred. Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or subscription-based services. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to explain AT&T smartphone solutions, resolve service concerns, and build customer trust. Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset with resilience to excel in fast-paced environments and consistently achieve performance goals.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
