We take as much pride in our people as we do in the items we carry. The Role As a Bilingual Sales Associate / Pawnbroker, you are the face of Braswell & Son. You will build real relationships with our guests, help them buy and sell quality merchandise, and guide people through loans with patience and empathy — often during moments that matter to them. Because we serve a growing Spanish-speaking community, your ability to connect in both English and Spanish directly improves the experience for the guests who count on us. This is a relationship-driven, results-oriented role for someone who loves people and knows how to close a sale the right way.
