RKCB stylist work with you one on one to help you find the perfect outfit and find the perfect shoes, bag, and jewelry to complete the look. In today's world it is rare to walk into a store and receive help, it is almost unheard of to get excellent customer service. Our stylist will go above and beyond to ensure you leave feeling beautiful and confident about your purchase. We want to make sure when you wear our clothing that you feel your best, you are confident about your appearance, knowing you look amazing!

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and fashion, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Operate IPad POS system to handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor & store
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently

• Skills:

• Experience in women's fashion sales preferred
• Experience in fashion visual merchandising is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish too is a big plus!
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers a competitive salary, combining an hourly wage plus commission on your net sales, large employee discounts, and potential for career growth within the company.

WEEKEND AVAILABLITY IS REQUIRED.

The store operates from 10am to 9pm Monday

• Saturday & 11:30am to 7pm Sunday.
