In this role, you will provide exceptional service to Spanish-speaking customers, assist with loan processing, and support retail sales operations. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail, financial services, and customer engagement while working in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Job Duties Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and excellent service. Process loans accurately by evaluating collateral, calculating loan amounts using basic math skills, and managing documentation efficiently. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and cash management duties. Utilize financial software to process loans, payments, and inventory updates efficiently Maintain accurate records using financial software and typing tasks for data entry. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Provide information about loan options, store policies, and financial services to enhance customer experience. Skills Fluent in both Spanish and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in retail sales, banking, or financial services environments is highly desirable but not required Proficient in basic math, retail math, and cash handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. Knowledge of loan processing procedures and cash management best practices.
