Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a personable and motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach will help expand our market presence through strategic outreach, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales skills within a fast-paced environment that values initiative, teamwork, and collaborating with management to meet sales targets. Associate needs to be comfortable with omni-channel sales. Will interact with walk-in customers, through phone calls, and emails. Will need to be an effective communicator with vendors, other sales staff, management, and delivery install team. Schedule involves working Saturdays with a day off during the week. Looking for associate to expand our ability to assist with Spanish speaking customers in the rapidly growing NWA market. Responsbilities Assisting customers in store, on phone calls, and emails throughout sales process. Follow up with customers on lead times, install dates, and order updates Occasionaly assist in setting displays and maintaining showroom Meeting sales goals set forth by management Assisting customers in post-sale follow up
