Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting products related to electrical, plumbing, and construction materials, providing recommendations for their needs Engage in inside sales by upselling complementary products such as lighting fixtures or remodeling supplies to maximize sales opportunities Manage stock levels through effective stocking and merchandising to ensure attractive displays and product availability Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate cash handling, transactions, and account management while maintaining excellent customer service standards Support marketing efforts by promoting new products, seasonal promotions, and high-end sales campaigns to attract customers and boost revenue Collaborate with team members on layout design, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), SketchUp or similar tools for space planning and lighting design projects Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, especially within home improvement, renovation, or construction is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Knowledge of outside sales techniques, negotiation skills, and upselling strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance Basic math skills for retail math calculations, pricing strategies, and inventory management Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; experience with cashiering is preferred Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and product demos efficiently Join us today to be part of a new team dedicated to providing products and services to support our customers needs. Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
