This position is responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by efficiently and courteously assisting walk-in and telephone customers in the selection and acquisition of the products needed. As a trusted advisor, you actively contribute to the company's success in a professionally deliberate and quantifiable manner. Central Arizona Supply will train for responsibilities associated with position. Responsibilities Service customers at the counter by taking & entering orders into the system accurately Follow company pricing, credit, and payment guidelines Retrieve orders from warehouse quickly and accurately Increase sales; promote & sell overages as well as damaged & discontinued items Handle difficult customers and/or customer complaints and returns with diplomacy & tact Assist in physical inventory counts Maintain open orders, following the order through to completion Requirements Possess superior customer service & organizational skills as well as a positive, professional attitude Understands basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures as well as the ability to perform business math Able to stand/walk for duration of work hours as well as lift/carry/maneuver materials or equipment up to 75lbs High school diploma/GED required Experience working in similar position a plumbing supply company highly preferred About Us Central Arizona Supply is a family-owned & operated plumbing, heating, appliance & air conditioning supply company that was established in 1968.
