Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business-to-Business Sales Associate to join our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter commercial sales team. This role is responsible for developing relationships with business clients, generating fleet and commercial vehicle sales, and providing customized transportation solutions for companies across multiple industries. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, fleet managers, contractors, delivery companies, and commercial clients Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van solutions Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activity Present vehicle specifications, financing options, upfit solutions, and fleet programs Coordinate with finance, service, and upfit departments to deliver complete commercial solutions Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with leads in a timely manner Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction standards Stay current on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter products, incentives, and commercial vehicle trends Qualifications Previous automotive, fleet, or B2B sales experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience with CRM systems and lead management is a plus Knowledge of commercial vehicles, vans, or fleet operations preferred Preferred Industries Experience Construction and contractors HVAC and plumbing Delivery and logistics Shuttle and transportation services Mobile businesses and specialty upfits Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission Performance bonuses and fleet incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid training and Mercedes-Benz certification opportunities Employee vehicle purchase program Career growth within Mercedes-Benz commercial sales Schedule Full-time Weekend availability may be required About the Role This position offers the opportunity to represent one of the world's leading commercial vehicle brands while helping businesses find reliable, premium transportation solutions tailored to their operations.
