Key Responsibilities Deliver personalized, high-quality shopping experiences Drive individual and team sales through strong product knowledge and customer engagement Meet and exceed established sales goals Process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain boutique standards through merchandising, restocking, and inventory care Receive, tag, and stock new merchandise Assist with opening and closing duties, including store readiness and security Uphold loss prevention practices and store policies Perform basic floral care and maintenance as needed Contribute to a professional, results-focused team culture Qualifications Prior retail or sales experience preferred; boutique or specialty retail experience strongly valued Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays This position requires flexibility to work at both Olive Branch Boutique locations in Gilbert and Chandler, AZ, based on business needs and scheduling requirements.
