Job Description

## Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated crew member to join our team and participate in operations during weekends and during the week. As a crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations, providing excellent customer service, and working with a team of associates. This job will require availability Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings/evenings. The ideal candidate is reliable and works well in a high-paced kitchen environment and is not afraid of evenings.## Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
  • Demonstrate proficiency in phone etiquette when interacting with customers or stakeholders
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions efficiently
  • Be able to work on your feet and in a high-paced kitchen environment
  • Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Coach and encourage staff to perform during peak sales hours
  • Oversee inventory management processes to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Pizza experience is a HUGE plus! Skills
  • Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the customer experience
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures and accuracy in financial transactions
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette to provide professional assistance over the phone
  • Experience with cash registers and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Understanding of wireless sales to recommend suitable products to customers
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • Pizza experience is a plus!
