Then congratulations, you just found your dream job. At Lunch Money, we believe the best shopping feels like a treasure hunt curated by your coolest friend. We're a colorful, woman owned gift shop full of trinkets, stationery, a charm bar, hair tinsel, cute accessories, and serotonin in physical form. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and genuinely loves people (and know how to talk to them) Obsessed with cute things and good vibes Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable in a both a busy and a very slow retail environment A team player who can also work independently and take initiative Able to multitask without combusting Chronically online enough to know what's trending (bonus points honestly) Responsibilities Helping customers find the perfect gifts Putting together charm bracelets, beaded keychains, and other sweetie DIY things (we'll teach you, don't worry) Wrapping gifts (another thing we can teach you) Putting in hair tinsel (another thing we'll teach you) Running the register and handling transactions Tagging products and adding them to the website if necessary (and yet another thing we'll teach you) Restocking and organizing merchandise Keeping the store clean, cute, and welcoming Assisting with displays and merchandising Supporting day-to-day shop operations Occasionally appearing in social media content/photos/videos Requirements Retail or customer service experience preferred Must be available nights, weekends and during holiday seasons (retail never sleeps) Positive attitude Responsible and trustworthy Would love if they could be flexible in case someone calls out (there are only going to be three of us that work here, so we need to be a well-oiled machine) Perks Employee discount Fun work environment Creative atmosphere Constant exposure to adorable products you'll want to buy immediately Working for a small business that genuinely appreciates its team To apply, send your resume and a little bit about yourself!
