We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and helping customers find the best solutions for their personal and business needs. We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Store Associate who enjoys helping people and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with their needs Process shipping transactions for UPS and other carriers Pack customer shipments safely and securely Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, and faxing services Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries Manage mailbox customers and package pickups Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Follow store procedures and policies to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy retail environment Basic computer skills (email, POS systems, printing software) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and professional Preferred (Not Required) Previous retail or customer service experience Experience at The UPS Store, shipping store, or print shop Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join Our Team Friendly, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to learn shipping, printing, and business services Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within the business Schedule Weekend availability preferred Flexible shifts available
