We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and client focused! The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives.

Responsibilities:

Create and build relationships with new and existing customers. Determine customer automotive needs while educating on new and used vehicle ownership. Demonstrate vehicle benefits and features, to include test drives. Quote pricing, rates, incentives, and vehicle availability to clients. Remain current with products, market trends, and certifications. Product Knowledge! Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. Understand and implement the dealership's sale process. Maintain "Customer Service Index, "Gross Average", and monthly units.

Meet / Exceed

dealership goals and sales objectives. Successfully Drive Traffic by scheduling appointments and proactively following up on all sales leads through the Customer Retail Management system. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications:

Experience with Porsche and/or a highline luxury automotive brand is

Superior customer service and follow-up skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills to include Contact Management Software, Word, Excel, and Outlook Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail. Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results. Must possess a valid and clean driving record.
