Job Description
At Laciann Collective, we're more than a boutique, we're a family-owned business dedicated to helping every customer feel confident, welcomed, and valued. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with customers, has a passion for fashion and styling, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Our associates play an important role in creating an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining the appearance and organization of the store. Laciann Collective is a family-owned boutique built on community, confidence, and personalized customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers with styling recommendations and product selections. Offer to hold merchandise at the register to create a hands-free shopping experience. Prepare fitting rooms for customers and assist with fitting room management. Return merchandise to the sales floor and maintain store organization. Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions. Promote and enroll customers in the store rewards program. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Restock merchandise and ensure displays remain visually appealing. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the store. Answer customer questions regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Support online order fulfillment and in-store pickup orders when needed. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals. Skills Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and professional attitude. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality. Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift merchandise throughout a shift. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interest in fashion, styling, and boutique retail is preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
