Experienced Automotive Parts Counter Associate Bradley Ford Full-Time $55,000 - $70,000+ Per Year Experienced Automotive Parts Professionals Wanted Bradley Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Associate to join our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated parts professional who understands dealership operations, values customer service, and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory while delivering efficient support to technicians and customers. We are looking for someone with prior automotive parts experience who can thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and help drive parts department performance and customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Position $55,000 - $70,000+ Per Year Competitive Compensation Package Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Discounts Ongoing Training and Development Career Advancement Opportunities Stable, Established Dealership Responsibilities Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts inquiries and purchases Support the parts needs of Ford service technicians Identify, source, and order automotive parts accurately and efficiently Utilize manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems to locate parts and accessories Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and warranty-related transactions Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining inventory Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and dealership staff Ensure timely fulfillment of customer and service department requests Contribute to department sales goals and overall customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous Automotive Parts Counter Experience Required Dealership Parts Experience Strongly Preferred Experience with Ford Motor Company, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership systems preferred Strong understanding of automotive parts, components, and vehicle systems Ability to read parts catalogs and accurately identify parts requirements Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Valid Driver's License Required Why Bradley Ford?
