Job Description
Blue River Gems is a small family-owned custom jewelry store. We are looking to add a realiable and friendly sales associate to our amazing team. The ideal candidate will easily work with a wide range of clients in store, must be positive, self-motivated and trustworthy with great communication and customer service skills. Someone who can manage multiple projects at once, working with other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction, a great team attitude is a must. Responsibilities and duties Welcome and identify customer needs Organizing inventory and styling the show room Accuretlys record repair intake and customer pickup Engage with customers and jewelry sales Enter and process customer sales Light cleaning/office duty and reception Replace batteries in watches Qualifications Enthusiastic and friendly Detail oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Benefits Weekends off as well as some Fridays Employee discount
