As a key ambassador of our brand, you will provide expert guidance, personalized recommendations, and exceptional customer service to ensure every visitor leaves informed and satisfied. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the retail cannabis industry, promoting responsible use and wellness. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs, providing detailed product demos when appropriate Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display that highlights featured products and promotions Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Educate customers on product effects, usage guidelines, and responsible consumption practices Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer experience and sales revenue Stock shelves regularly, manage inventory levels, and ensure all products are properly labeled and rotated according to best practices Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times Qualifications Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills with the ability to engage bilingual customers effectively Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to handle cash accurately while maintaining professionalism with all customers Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail merchandising is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with a friendly, approachable demeanor Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment!
