Retail Associate/Customer Service

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers in finding and purchasing products in a retail environment. To succeed in this role, you should enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and possess a strong willingness to learn about natural health, supplements, and wellness products.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in locating products throughout the store Provide product information and help customers make informed purchasing decisions Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately Assist with receiving inventory, stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing back stock Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Support other daily store operations as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail or the natural products industry is preferred but not required Strong interest in natural health, nutrition, supplements, and wellness Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a small team environment Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Working Hours & Schedule This position is part-time and is expected to average approximately 25-35 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows. Nature's Finest is currently evaluating and potentially expanding store hours, including evening and weekend availability. As part of this transition, we are seeking a team member who is flexible and understands that schedules may evolve as we determine what best serves our customers and staff. One of the unique benefits of this position is the anticipated 4-day workweek. Our goal is to provide team members with a consistent schedule that allows for three days off each week while still offering meaningful hours and income. We believe this schedule promotes a healthy work-life balance and helps our team perform at their best.

The anticipated schedule is:

Monday:

Full-day shift (approximately 9:20 AM•7:40 PM)

Friday:

Afternoon/Evening shift (approximately 2:00 PM•7:40 PM)

Saturday:

Full-day shift (approximately 9:20 AM•6:10 PM)

Sunday:

Full-day shift (approximately 9:20 AM•6:10 PM)

IMPORTANT

: Regular Saturday and Sunday availability is required for this position. This is not an occasional weekend position. Candidates should expect to work both Saturday and Sunday as part of their normal weekly schedule. Please note that these hours are our current anticipated schedule and may be adjusted as we evaluate customer demand, staffing needs, and future operating hours. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with weekend work and can remain flexible as we continue to grow and refine our operating hours. Why Join Us?
