Job Description

Park Plaza Liquor and Deli , Prescott's premier downtown destination for fine wines, craft beer, specialty spirits, and premium cigars, is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beverage industry who enjoys helping customers discover new products and providing outstanding service. You'll assist guests across our retail space, help maintain an organized and well-stocked floor, and support daily operations at the register.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, guiding guests through our diverse selection of wine, beer, spirits, and cigars Assist customers with product recommendations based on their preferences and needs Handle cashiering duties, including processing purchases and answering questions Stock, organize, and maintain retail displays to ensure an attractive and well-stocked selection Stay informed about products, trends, and seasonal offerings to enhance the customer experience Assist with inventory management and restocking Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Required Qualifications:
Retail experience preferred but not required Ability to handle cash accurately Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude Willingness to learn and expand product knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of wine, craft beer, spirits, or cigars is a plus Experience with draft beer systems (including pouring, troubleshooting, and cleaning) is highly valued
Work Schedule:
Part time to start
Compensation and Benefits:
