Job Description
Overview Drawn West is a female owned and operated business in the heart of downtown Prescott. We are a staple of the Prescott experience, and we are looking for friendly, motivated, responsible and reliable individuals to join our team and help us grow! As a Retail Sales Associate you will be the heartbeat of our store; greeting customers, helping them find the products they need, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. We are growing our online presence! Our sales associates, run our flagship Prescott store, and maintain and help us grow our website. Ideal candidates are outgoing, team-oriented, and have strong communication skills. Retail and online experience are beneficial but not required—we're happy to train the right people. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Handle customer service issues with professionalism and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and store policies. Maintain store inventory and presentation. Price and upload store items into Point of Sale system and website. Fulfill online orders and respond to questions and contacts. Skills Proven sales experience in a retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Familiarity with retail store operations is a plus. Experience with POS systems for processing sales transactions efficiently. Inventory management skilsl are highly desired. Shopify and POS experience are desired but not required.
