Duties Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and answering questions about products and services Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and organize products to maintain an attractive shopping environment Manage stock levels by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory counts using retail math skills Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with professionalism Assist with cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers at shift end Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey product information and assist customers confidently Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math concepts Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks involved in stocking and merchandising Knowledge of grocery store operations or experience with merchandising strategies is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional customer experiences!
