Responsibilities:

• Uphold and model all policies within the Policy and Procedure Manual.
• Strive to reach and/or exceed sales goals.
• Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy.
• Maintain company safety standards/housekeeping and be proactive in safeguarding all studio assets.
• Perform other duties that may be needed.
• Strive to achieve perfect audit scores.
• Assist in all customer service aspects and ensure the best experience for customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended time on feet; 4-8 hours and walking distances up to 200 feet.
• Frequent stooping, bending, walking, carrying, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to go up and down ladders.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• Strong telephone skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to learn the product and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
