This is a high-touch, relationship-driven sales position for someone who understands that luxury sales is not about pressure — it is about trust, taste, follow-through, product knowledge, and creating a client experience people remember. Responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with fine jewelry, diamond jewelry, engagement rings, wedding bands, anniversary gifts, custom jewelry, and luxury watches Delivering a polished, consultative, service-focused sales experience Building strong client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, thank-you communication, and personal attention Learning client preferences and helping them select pieces that fit their style, occasion, and budget Supporting showroom presentation, merchandising standards, and a luxury retail environment Partnering with teammates, managers, goldsmiths, and support staff to provide an excellent client experience Maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail with every client interaction What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is polished, confident, trustworthy, and motivated by both sales results and client relationships.
