Work Performed :

Always uphold all Enchantment Resort guest service standards and practices Drive positive revenue results by actively engaging and educating our guests with a focus on building the sale Ability to obtain and share product knowledge with a focus on enhancing the guest's buying experience Accurately process all transactions through POS system to ensure proper policies are followed for cash handling, credit card charges, room charges, etc. Remain current on polices regarding payments, discounts, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations Ensure prompt and positive resolution of all guest concerns Promote an inclusive collaborative approach to problem solving Maintain inventory levels on selling floor and in store back stock by utilizing communication procedures for warehouse restocking and purchasing Maintain overall cleanliness of Retail Outlets Ability to work and perform various duties between multiple outlets Other duties as assigned

Retail Manager Minimum Requirements :

High school degree or equivalent. Prior retail experience preferred. Good customer services and communication skills necessary. Strong computer skills to utilize retail software and other company software

Lifting & carrying up to 50 pounds 5% Sitting 95% Standing, walking and bending Hearing and manual dexterity Distance vision 1-3 feet Ability to work in all types of weather conditions Ability to drive a golf cart
