Visitor Services Associate

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic visitor service associates to join the team at our little gift shop with a big history. Our business is a family-owned mom and pop gift shop that is frequented by a large amount of travelers from all over the world. We also have a small museum onsite and act as an unofficial visitor center for the town of Seligman. We are looking for hard working individuals that like a fast-paced, diverse, and fun work environment at a special place. Our store is an important historical landmark on Route 66 and we have an exceptional reputation for being one of the best gift shops (if not the best) along the entire national route. We are looking for exceptional employees to help us keep up our tradition. Duties

• Provide excellent retail customer service.
• Share history about our store, Seligman, and Route 66.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Foster a welcoming environment.
• Answer traveler's questions about the area and Route 66 in Arizona.
• Help facilitate a clean and organized space.
• Assist in the receiving, pricing, and organization of gift shop products.

No Experience Needed. We are a one-of-kind business and are happy to teach and train the right candidates to be a part of our team.
