What You'll Do:
Proactively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products Achieve and exceed individual store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling Recommend products that meet medical needs and close sales Answer phones with patience and professionalism Help with billing questions and update customer info Keep things running smoothly at the front of the store Perform other duties as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of retail/customer service experience Positive attitude, great communication, and team spirit Quick learner with attention to detail Comfortable with computers and multitasking Weekend availability
High School Diploma or GED Bonus Points For:
