Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find their perfect products! Duties Assist customers in selecting lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance products, offering knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and retail math calculations Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure displays are attractive and well-maintained to enhance the shopping experience Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, guiding product usage, and resolving concerns promptly Support merchandising efforts by setting up seasonal displays and ensuring product availability across departments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and outdoor garden areas Handle cashiering duties efficiently while promoting e-commerce options for online shopping convenience Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, floral design or gardening is highly desirable Experience with retail sales techniques, POS systems, cash handling, and retail math Organizational skills to manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or assisting customers outdoors Excellent customer service mindset with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital tools used in retail environments Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for outdoor beauty meets exceptional customer service!
