Job Description
A day in your life with us Execute routine work requirements to optimise the IKEA shopping experience, securing satisfied customers and increased sales. What you'll be doing day to day Actively approach customers, identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions.
- Keep area of responsibility clean, tidy, accurately priced and fully stocked, maintaining IKEA basic merchandising standards.
- Actively learn about relevant product features and benefits, sharing this knowledge with customers and co-workers.
- Seek support and guidance from co-workers and stakeholders. We are the ones meeting our customers
- in our stores, online, in our catalogue and beyond. We have knowledge of the IKEA product range, local markets and customer needs and we constantly find new ways of making real connections with our customers to maximize sales and profitability. Retail Environment, must be able to work nights & weekends. The hourly pay range for this role is: $17.58- 24.
