Desert Toyota of Tucson is seeking a professional and highly motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and exciting world of automotive sales. Located in Tucson, Arizona, this position offers a great opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Build and maintain relationships with customers to determine their needs and preferences Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers Work with sales management to negotiate and close sales deals Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to upsell and add-on products and services Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Maintain a clean and organized showroom Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred Prior sales experience preferred, preferably in the automotive industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Proficient in using computer systems and tools Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
