Job Description
Crew Member - Korean Shaved Ice Café (Bingsu & Bubble Tea) We're a Korean-style shaved ice (bingsu) and bubble tea café in Tucson, and we're looking for friendly, reliable Crew Members to join our team. As part of our team, you'll prepare bingsu desserts, make espresso-based drinks and bubble tea, and help create a welcoming experience for every customer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities Greet and serve customers with a positive, welcoming attitude Take orders and operate the POS system accurately (training provided) Prepare bingsu, espresso drinks, and other menu items according to recipes Maintain cleanliness of workstations, prep areas, and dining space Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned Work efficiently with team members in a fast-paced environment Experience & Skills Previous café, dessert shop, or food service experience is a plus but not required Barista or POS experience (Square or similar) is helpful Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Friendly, respectful, dependable, and team-oriented Pay & Perks $15.00/hour , depending on experience Tips Paid training Free drinks and desserts during shifts Flexible scheduling Supportive, positive team environment Schedule Part-time positions available One fixed shift only: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Café operating hours: 11 AM - 9 PM Join Our Team If you enjoy desserts, drinks, and working with people, we'd love to meet you.
